OCAM and OSET are utilizing consultants throughout the initiative to provide national guidance and professional development regarding prevention science and coordination of the SPF-PFS project in Ohio.

Tracy Johnson, Special Consultant

Tracy Johnson

Tracy Johnson, Founder & Managing Partner of TTJ Group, LLC, has over 29 years of experience working closely with states, nonprofits, small businesses, universities, communities and coalitions in helping them with community organizing, environmental strategies, strategic planning, substance abuse prevention, and cultural competence. He is also Managing Partner and Director of Training & Technical Assistance for SheRays’s & Associates, LLC. He currently is working with the state of Ohio’s Partnership for Success (SPF-PFS) and the Community Collective Impact Model for Change (CCIM4C) Initiative. He formerly was the Project Director of the federally funded Center for Substance Abuse Prevention's Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies (CAPT) Central Regional Team (CSAP's Central RT). Mr. Johnson is a member of the Executive Team for the Southeast (HHS Region 4) Prevention Technology Transfer Center network, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to improve implementation and delivery of effective substance abuse prevention interventions.


Raylette Pickett, Special Consultant

Raylette Pickett

Raylette Pickett, Co-Owner of TTJ Group, LLC, has years of experience promoting public health by collaborating with communities to create and provide innovative and culturally appropriate services on a national level. She is also Co-Founder of SheRay’s & Associates, LLC, which provides specialized trainings, organization development, and technical assistance to local organizations. She currently is working with the state of Ohio’s Partnership for Success (SPF-PFS) and the Community Collective Impact Model for Change (CCIM4C) Initiative. She was formerly a consultant for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Central CAPT. Tracee Garrett, Web Content Consultant

Tracee Garrett

Tracee Garrett is the president and CEO of Global Insight Productions, LLC, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and female-owned company. Global Insight has well over 20 years of project management, community development, professional speaking and training, web design, building online training platforms, video production and internet marketing experience.

Tracee and her team are currently working with the state of Ohio’s Partnership for Success (SPF-PFS), Community Collective Impact Model for Change (CCIM4C) Initiative, Ohio Adult Allies, the Ohio HRSA and Suicide Prevention.

Global Insight works closely with the department of Mental Health and Addiction Services IT team to create a web presence that is easy to understand and navigate. Tracee’s team has also written and produced over 50 videos for the above mentioned projects.
