The information provided on this webpage will help communities better understand how to implement the Tri-Ethnic Community Readiness Assessment in your community. The assessment is part of the Tri-Ethnic Community Readiness Model developed by the Tri-Ethnic Center for Prevention Research at Colorado State University.

The materials on this website were developed by Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs and the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation with funding from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to support the Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success (SPF-PFS) Evaluation (Grant #17004504) and the Ohio Problem Gambling CQI Project (Grant#1700555).
