Ohio’s SPF-PFS State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (also known as the SPF-PFS SEOW) is a multidisciplinary working group with the goal of helping Ohio SPF-PFS sub-recipient communities promote, collect, analyze, and utilize data to support work on their problems of practice. Members of the SPF-PFS SEOW are key stakeholders in Ohio’s substance abuse prevention and data monitoring systems.
Ohio’s SPF-PFS SEOW is chaired by Major Matt Toomey of the Ohio National Guard. Dr. Lara Belliston of the OhioMHAS Office of Prevention and Wellness serves as the SPF-PFS SEOW Coordinator.
